Trivet of knotted solid leather cord.
Natural vegetable-tanned leather cording, hand-knotted and wet-formed into shape and flatness. The leather is un-dyed and un-coated to withstand heat, so variation in the leather colour and texture is to be expected, with the occasional naturally-occurring black/grey spot. The material will darken and patina with use.
Available in 2 sizes, Small (roughly 6") or Large (roughly 8")
Handmade in New York City.
Care Notes: The leather is uncoated and will absorb liquids. Wipe clean, as needed, with a damp cloth and lay flat to air-dry. If it gets very wet, pat dry with a cloth, lay flat and allow to thoroughly dry at room temperature (no heat).
