Lumbar pillows of hand-stitched Italian veg-tanned leather, so soft and supple it resembles Nappa leather. Constructed from continuous single length of leather, pillow case is cut to minimize crowning for a clean profile, with the simplest detail of our signature hand saddle-stitching.
